I issue professional electronic invoices through Zoho Invoice.

Depending on your location and preference, payments can be made via Wise, PayPal, Bank Transfer, or Payoneer. Every invoice includes the agreed scope of work, payment terms, and due date.

Yes. If you require ongoing support, we can set up a monthly retainer with an agreed number of hours or a defined scope of work. This is a popular option for businesses that need consistent operational support.

Yes. For direct engagements, a simple service agreement or project agreement can be provided whenever appropriate. This helps ensure that the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are clearly understood by both parties.

Absolutely. All client information is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing your project. If required, I'm happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before work begins.

I'm happy to work through your preferred communication platform, including email, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or other collaboration tools your business already uses. Regular updates are provided throughout the project.

Yes. I regularly work with clients from different countries and time zones. We can agree on communication times and workflows that fit your schedule.
